Terms & refund policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026. SuperAgentBot is a trade name of Neurosmedica LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company (“we”).
1. Homepage Fix in 72 Hours (49)
Covers one URL on a WordPress site: image compression and lazy-loading, caching, deferring or removing scripts we control, page title and meta description, a single H1, valid LocalBusiness-type schema and consistent name, address and phone on that page. Includes one revision and about 3 hours of work. The 72-hour window starts when we receive working access.
2. Website Diagnostic Report (00)
A written report on one page of any platform, delivered within 72 hours of your order. The full amount is credited toward the Homepage Fix if ordered within 30 days.
3. Not included
Hosting changes, redesigns, third-party scripts and widgets, Google Business Profile, other pages, and any guarantee of search rankings or AI-search visibility.
4. Measurement
We run 5 Lighthouse mobile tests before and 5 after, on the same URL with the same tool, and compare medians. Lab results vary between runs; we report exactly what we measure.
5. Refunds
- Homepage Fix: full refund if the median mobile LCP does not improve for reasons within our control. Causes outside our control (hosting, third-party scripts) are identified in the “before” report.
- Before work starts: full refund on request, for either product.
- Diagnostic: full refund if we don’t deliver within 72 hours.
- Request a refund at hello@superagentbot.cloud. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe.
6. Access and data
We ask only for a temporary, revocable user or application password. We back up the settings we change and never ask for your main password. We use your contact details only to deliver the service and don’t sell them.
